For this Fischer VK3-40 the focus was on the control system conversion: replacement boards for the ageing original electronics are increasingly scarce – a risk for any running production. At our Ettenheim workshop we replaced them with a modern PLC control system and a new operator panel.
The result: simple operation, fast fault diagnosis and worldwide spare parts availability – while the proven mechanics of the Fischer VK3-40 keep working as before. A control retrofit that keeps the blow moulding machine fit for many years to come.
