After many years in service, a complete retrofit was the most economical solution for this compact Bekum BM 08. At our Ettenheim workshop the blow moulding machine was fully dismantled and cleaned, frame and panels repainted, metal parts re-galvanised and all wear parts replaced.
The old control system gave way to a modern PLC with a new operator panel and simple fault diagnosis. The Bekum BM 08 now produces reliably again – at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
