We rebuilt this Bekum BM 101 blow moulding machine from the ground up. During the retrofit at our Ettenheim workshop the machine was completely dismantled: frame and housings received a two-component coating, metal components were re-galvanised, hydraulics and pneumatics overhauled and all wear parts exchanged.
We replaced the outdated control system with a modern PLC featuring a new operator panel, simple fault diagnosis and long-term spare parts availability. Since recommissioning, the Bekum BM 101 has been running reliably in day-to-day production.
