Kautex is one of the great names in blow moulding technology – and after its retrofit at our Ettenheim workshop, this Kautex KEB 5 has many production years ahead of it again. The machine was fully dismantled and cleaned, frame and panels repainted, metal parts galvanically reconditioned, hydraulics and pneumatics overhauled and all wear parts renewed.
A current PLC control system with a modern operator panel replaces the legacy electronics. The Kautex KEB 5 thus combines proven mechanics with up-to-date technology – at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
