The blow moulding machine was stripped down to its individual parts at our Ettenheim workshop: after thorough cleaning, frame and panels received a new two-component coating, metal parts were re-galvanised, hydraulics and pneumatics reconditioned and all wear parts exchanged. In place of the old control system, a state-of-the-art PLC with a modern operator panel now does the job – easy to operate, easy to diagnose, spare parts available worldwide.
The result: the Bekum BAE 6 runs like new again – dependable in daily production and far more affordable than a new machine.
